Building a new pc for my parents as their all-in-one gave out after 3 years. They mostly use the computer for school work as their both teachers but they do use Netflix often and listen to music. The pc will need a cd/dvd drive and at least a 1TB HD. Needs to be a small case as they want it to have a small footprint.

- Purchase Date: within the next 2 weeks

- Budget Range: $700 to $750

- System Usage: school work, internet browsing, youtube, Netflix, music

- Are you buying a monitor: yes

- Do you need to buy OS: yes

- Preferred websites for parts: Newegg or Amazon

- Location: South Carolina

- Parts Preferences: any brand

$751:

Will do what you said, has 2tb of storage and a nice 80+ gold power supply so over time it will save you money. It will be pretty much silent all the time.
If you want anything changed then just ask!
