New Mini ITX Build, Need Help

Hi everyone, I'm thinking about getting the lian li pc tu 200b for my pc but I'd have to get a new mobo, cpu, and psu. I'm planning on using a msi r9 290 and I'd like to know what mobo, cpu, and psu I should get, intel or amd apu. And also just wondering what you guys think of my build and how it would work out. Thanks!

Well first of all, why would you use a $100 CPU for a $400 -450 GPU? That isn't a well balanced computer.

I don't think I was clear, I'm doing mini itx and I need a mobo CPU and psu suggestion that would accommodate the r9 290.
