Question New MOBO And CPU freezing at splash screen

I recently upgraded somethings in my pc CPU, MOBO, AND added a master cooler installed everything correctly but once I get to the splash screen where the dots are twirling it freezes then I get a MACHINE CHECK EXCEPTION I don’t know what to do but I did put my old CPU in and then it booted right up any ideas why? My old cpu is a i5-8600k

ASUS Z390e mobo
I7-9700k
Eva GeForce Rex 1080ti sc black
Corsair Vengeance 8x2 2400

You need to install BIOS version 1005 or 1105 before installing the I7-9700k.

Supported memory for I7-9700k: DDR4-2666

You changed out cpu and motherboard, your having a driver conflict issue. Do a fresh install of windows, when you get to the splash screen with the spinning dots its trying to load your drivers. The old drivers dont match up with your new system and its causing the crash.
