New Mobo and Cpu wont turn on

Hello i just got a new motherboard and cpu went from amd to intel but it wont turn on i took it apart three times and put it back together it did turn on after the second try when the atx 12v cable was disconnected (by accident) but no display spent the day trying to fix it but nothing happened
When its plugged in it wont turn so stressed out

Gtx 750 ti FTW 2gb

So i guess the problem was the power supply used my old one and it booted up right away
