New Mobo, can i keep windows 10?

Install it and activate it with your current MS login.

Might also have to call MS.

That is for the licensing.
You may need to do a full reinstall.

If and only if you can link it to your MS account, you can probably keep that same license.

I'm in the process of doing exactly this with my wife's PC upgrade.
Currently, it is failing. "Try again later". Might be related to BlackFriday overload. Who knows.

I have, however, done exactly this on other systems.
