New mobo, cpu, and ram booted up fine but nothing happened black screen

just bought a new motherboard , CPU , and ram sticks replaced the old parts and pressed the power button everything turned on all the fans were working and all of the led lights were on but there was no input on the monitor. I tried the HDMI on both the motherboard and the GPU and nothing worked. If I can get some feedback as soon as possible that would be much appreciated.

Motherboard: Asus z270m plus
Cpu: i5 7500
RAM: Patriot Viper 4 Series DDR4 8GB (2x4GB) 3200MHz Kit
PCU: thermaltake tr2 600w
GPU: Geforce GTX 1070

Are you using a tv, or monitor? If monitor, try testing with a DVI cable.

I'm using 2 monitors used HDMI on both of them but I'll try with the dvi somehow I dont feel like that's the problem. Isn't there suppose to be BIOS page that pops up if everything boots right?
And do I have to install the OS again? I'm using 8.1 pro

The OS does not matter in this phase, since rig not POST-ing (BIOS popping up).
Try the DVI though, with graphics card removed and single RAM installed. Test each RAM slot on the board.

I have tried booting up the computer with no graphics card I still had both ram cards on there but still the same issue

With DVI? Try leaving single RAM and testing each slot.

I tried that a few hours ago I'm currently at work right now so I can't test those things out for you but say if that doesn't work any other solutions?

Testing different RAM, or RMA-ing both board and CPU.

Turns out that I dont have a DVI cable....
