Question New MoBo CPU and ram. PC turns on, doesn't post. fans full speed. How to trouble shoot?

Hello, I just purchased a new motherboard and CPU. I had some DDR4 RAM lying around and I just replaced my old system today.



I didn't uninstall any of the old motherboard drivers, but I don't think that would prevent my PC from posting. would it?



anyways I am using 8gb corsair vengeance, Ryzen 7 2700x and a ASRock x570 motherboard.



I don't even know how to trouble shoot this as I don't think I even get beeps. all fans just high speed and my corsair fan flashes red. I am replacing the thermal paste currently but I don't even know if thats the issue.

Im used to being an expert on this kinda stuff, but I've been out the loop for a while. As you can see this is my first ugrade other than a GPU within like 8-10 years.
