Had to replace my CPU and Mobo due to a power outage, and now my new parts wont post.

Replacement parts:
- ASUS Prime B350 Plus
- Ryzen 5 1500X
- EVGA 450W Bronze

Old parts:
- ASUS Dual 1050TI 4GB OF
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 1x8gb DDR4 2400
- Zalman Z11 Plus (case)

I have no clue what could possibly be wrong with it at this point. Ive tried running it with just the mobo and CPU and it still wont post. Power is definitely running to it (mobo lights up, fans turn on). If I had to guess, there might be something wrong with the case but I don't know why that would stop it from posting.

1. Check to see if 8 pin CPU power is connected to motherboard.
2. Did memory module plug in. You should hear 2 click when it is in.
3. Is Corsair Vengeance LPX 1x8gb DDR4 2400 on QVL list of ASUS Corsair Vengeance LPX 1x8gb DDR4 2400? Ryzen is very picky with memory.

I got no post when I did not do 1 and 2 correctly.

Went through and checked everything on the list - still nothing. RAM is compatible, clicked in properly, CPU power is connected and CPU heats up (CPU fan not installed yet)
