New mobo drop all the USB devices when Windows start to load in

Hello!

I do my new pc, got everything assemble but when i turn it on, instantly when the Windows start to load in the keyboard and mouse lose connection (power is okay in the ports cos the basic blue light in the mouse is up). It isn't matter i boot from my ssd or the win DVD, Also in the BIOS everything works fine.
Ohh an important info, it is an Asus rog strix b350-f gaming board.
What could be the problem?

what version of windows did you install?

Both the installed on the ssd and the win dvd is Windows 7 64bit.
