New mobo for i5 2500k and Gtx 970 £40-50

Hello, so i killed my mobo with energy drink and now I need a new one for the above price(£40-50)
I need these components to work on my new MOBO:
I5 2500k
GTX 970
KHX1866C9D3X2K2/8G (Kingston hyperx genesis 8GB ddr3 1866)

Funny enough thats the mobo i killed. Any other suggestions i dont like that website and it doesnt even seem to work and that mobo is nowhere else to be found.

Will it be enough for o.c and ram speeds? This system is quite old so o.c is going to play a big part in future, so I'm fine to go that extra few pounds to get better mono.

Yes, it is hard to find the lga1155 MB, but I did still use the z68+i5 2500K too, but I will upgrade the pc soon.

Pcworld nah they have nothing and charge a lot if they have it. Will the mobo work? The chipset is different, but I'm not sure about chipsets.
