New Mobo, GPU, CPU, RAM, and PSU but MONITOR DOESNT FIND SIGNAL!

I am going from an (AMD) OLD BUILD to (INTEL) NEW BUILD. NEW build:

CPU i5 7600K
GPU: EVGA Gtx 1070 SC
Mobo: Asus Prime z270-A
RAM: G SKilz ripjaw V 16gb
PSU: EVGA 550w

I was having problems getting my NEW build running as the monitor says "no signal" using DVI to the GPU. I also tried Mobo, but with a GPU installed, the mobo would not work.

I cannot even see the BIOS to select "Boot from USB."

I have also tried Booting without my SSD and with it plugged into SATA and PSU.

NOW, my SSD which will have my OS on, was used with the OLD BUILD which was AMD. I took my SSD out and hooked it up to a running PC to format the drive. I wanted to eliminate the problem that my PC would try to boot up with the OS (AMD PARTS).

Any ideas what I can do to get this running? Any other Questions, please ask.

So the first thing you do is remove the GPU, plug the monitor into the onboard video out, and see what happens.

GPU was taken out completely. No signal.

When you power on your system, is any "POST STATE LED" on the motherboard stay on? If you are not sure what it is, check manual section 1.1.8.1 On Board LED - Post State LED.
