New mobo help needed

I was just wondering which new mobo to get. I can't decide between the Asus Blitz Formula or the ABIT IP35 Pro. Any help would be appreciated 😀

They both pretty similar, both very cool.
I'd go with the Asus board, better pakage. loads of extras...

I will be overclocking a Q6600 and one more thing, is the extra $100 worth it for the Asus board or would it be better to save it for something else?
