I've had a lot of issues with Windows 10 so far especially because I can't connect to the internet therein I cannot download any of the drivers for Windows 10 that will allow a large majority of my hardware to function.

Here's my problem. I have an ASRock Z97 Extreme MOBO but all the drivers that come with it only support Windows 7 and 8. Normally this is not an issue because I could simply download the Windows 10 drivers off another computer and transfer it to mine via USB. That's what I've done but when I try to install ASRock XFast LAN (which is essential for connecting to the internet) it never finishes installing. I started the installation process at around 12:15 a.m. last night and it's still installing. Without that one driver my PC is rendered practically useless since I can't download any of the other drivers for my PC without the internet.

I tried all kinds of possible solutions but not have proved helpful. I'm worried there may just be something wrong with my motherboard and it's not compatible with Windows 10. I was thinking about either buying a Windows 8 OS or purchasing a new motherboard, maybe a X99 series MOBO and installing Windows 10 via USB. Any suggestions?

There are the Windows 10 drivers for your motherboard.

It looks like the board uses an Intel NIC:

Download and install the ProWin64.exe. It should work as that is the same driver I had to install on my system which uses the same Intel NIC.
