I just installed anew MB (MSI 990 FXA Gaming), a MSI GeForce GTX 1050 VGA and 16GB of G. Skill F3 2133 RAM and I can't get a display. Try changing the RAM, the PSU, GPU and CPU. Do a couple of clear CMOS and put the battery upside down. I don't know what else to do. Any ideas?.

Agreed with Herc08, secondly did you check BIOS / UEFI to set to External (PCIe) display instead of IGP?
Please don't "Windows" test this, work towards BIOS / UEFI, that it boots to it, you can see everything properly in it, and it says the proper 'settings' (installed 8GB and it shows 16GB for example) all display inside BIOS / UEFI. Once you get to this point THEN worry about any Windows part 'after'.
