Should I get a new mobo or not?

The motherboard I have now:

FOXCONN 2AB1


The one i was going to get:

It depends on if you need new/different features or not.

Even though some say brand doesn't matter, I guaranty that ASUS motherboard is better than the FOXCONN motherboard. As long as the processor socket is the same and your processsor complies with the motherboards chipset, go ahead.

What is your reason for considering the switch?

I'm completely rebuilding my system, i've already bought the PSU and GPU and now I plan to upgrade CPU,case(need better cooling) and MOBO, but I'm not sure on replacing it or not considering my MOBO supports 2000mhz ram and I'm not sure if this one does or not.
