Hey, since i need to buy new mobo i know i need to reinstall windows. Planning to buy ssd and install windows, BUT my old hdd has windows and all stuff. Will the windows on the old hdd mess up new windows on ssd?

No. You'd boot from the new drive.

So, the old hdd with windows on it wouldnt affect anything?

No. The system will boot from the SSD and you'd use the old HDD just for data. Even if Windows is installed on it.
