My motherboard has passed away, just like that, well im trying to get a new mobo am3+ because i got an athlon 2 x3 440 that didn't get fried with the mobo and the memories so in a future i could upgrade.
im thinking in this mb for replacement, any help would be aprecciated thanks.

as you can see my budget is like 60 for the mobo and it has to be microatx , case constraints (next change in the future), which is better or if theres something else let me know
