[SOLVED] New modem, ping issues

Recently bought a tp-link archer vr900 as my old Belkin broke. Having ping issues now. It isn't my connection as i have tried an Ethernet cable and its fine but only when i connect wireless i have the issue. I've tried these cmd but dont really know what any of it means :D Complete novice at this so any help would be appreciated.

Solution
If you have no issues when connected wired, then it isn't a modem problem. It sounds like a WIFI only problem.
So it could be your device is trying to connect to a weak 5Ghz signal, you could be on a bad channel, you could have channel width problems. Lots of possible WIFI issues.
Is the old Belkin functional enough to login and see what the config was?
