New monitor and cpu

So my old thread was answered and now some stuff has come up and my budget has been cut. Originally I was going to be getting a Z97-A motherboard, Xeon 1231v3, Asus pb287q. It would be nice setup but now that I think about it I don't want to reinstall windows 10 on a ew motherboard and lose everything. So what I'm looking for is the best amd cpu and maybe a cheaper 4k monitor

You may already have the best AMD CPU. You don't list the motherboard and CPU you currently have. If you have an 860K, an FX63xx or an FX83xx then you are already there.
