New monitor and new PC, not booting

New to building computers, I have built a pc and am trying to build it. However, my monitor is brand new as well, and it has not been installed with a driver, as the rest of my kit. The pc boots, lights turn on and fans work, but no 'beep' is emitted, and the monitor, connected by a hdmi cable, shows "no connection". I am just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this, and I have a parts list below:

Corsair 760t Arctic white (case)
Galax 980ti HOF (graphics card)
Corsair hx1000i (power supply)
Corsair h110i gtx (cpu cooler)
Intel i7-6700k (cpu)
Asia Maximus VIII extreme (motherboard)
4xKlevv Cras 8gb (ram)
Intel 535 480gb (SSD)
Dell Ultrasharp U3415W (monitor)

What is the debug code on the board?

It says 00 next to the power button

Then CPU does not work. Is the 8 pin power cable connected?

I've had some extra help, and turns out I had one cable unplugged to the mobo. It works like a charm now, so sorry for the bother but thanks for you answer!
