hello everyone, i recently bought a new ultra wide monitor is all running great beside randomly when launching games and hovering over icon the screen flashes. i didn't have this problem before and ive already tried updating drivers and playing around with different setting what could i be overlooking. the best way to describe the flickering is like quick white flashes around the edges of the screen.
btw i have a rx 480

Make sure that the video cable is secure in its connections. If possible, you might try a different cable.

how are you connecting it displayport would be my first choice

i have checked that and im using displayport because atm because apparently i can only run 200 hertz on dp. i might have to downgrade to 144 on hdmi to see if its better thankyou for the suggestion
