New monitor best buy

Hey,

Lately ive been looking for a new monitor.

my req:

HDMI
Gaming
School stuff
Full HD
23/24 "
Max 170 pounds, € 210

Ive been lookg alot and also been to some shops and i selected those 2 monitors:

1. Iiyama X2377
2. Iiyama E2407

What's ur guys opinion on those 2?
And do you have an other suggestions?

Never heard of the brand (most likely not a large brand here in the US), but for the price you could look at the ASUS VE248H (Or VE248Q if you want displayport as well). I have 3 of these and for the price they are great.

I second that. I have the Asus VE228H and on theatre mode the colours are absolutely stunning. Can't find anything better for the price.

Having said that in my experience the low end Asus monitors have terrible performance in sunlight, but then again for me I just close the curtains if it's too bright

Forget Asus or any other top-rated one, unless it's an IPS. e-IPS is OK too.
