[SOLVED] New Monitor. Dead Pixel?

Good day guys. Requesting for your inputs regarding this. I just bought a viewsonic 27 inch ips monitor. And I just check the monitor if it has dead pixel on it. And I saw a black spot. I dont know if its a dead pixel or what. Anyone experience this? Should I REturn it?
