I got a new monitor, Acer Predator X34p
Intel i7 6700K
GTX 1080
W10, up to date.
GPU drivers up to date.
Prior screen was a 144 Hz 2560x1440.
This one is 120 Hz (OC from 100 Hz) 3440x1440.
Flashing black happens for a second, then goes back to what it should be, then flashes.
It flashes black on and off every second or so.
It only happens in fullscreen. Does not happen in windowed or borderless windowed.
Doesn't happen in every game. Happens in R6 Siege and Heroes of The Storm. Also happens in Wow. I don't play too many games, but I noticed it happens in those games. Didn't happen in a couple other games I tried, though.
Using the DP cable that came in the box with the monitor.
G-sync is on, V-sync off.
Screen is OC'd to 120 Hz from default 100 Hz.
Like I said, it will only flash black if the game is in fullscreen, and only happens in some games.
I'm stumped.
Thanks to any replies!
