Hi, I have just purchased an Elite cyberpower pc with windows 7, 4gb ram and a Geforce gts 450 1gb video card. I will be mainly interested in playing games such as crysis and other Fps as well as general use. I am looking at a new monitor and are interested in an asus VG248QE or VE247H. I have read that you need a decent video card to get the most from a gaming monitor such as the VG248QE. Will my gts 450 card be able to run the monitor at 144hz or will it compromise the graphics to much. Would i be better just to get the 60hz VE247H.?

regards
mike

return the build back to them because if you buy a new GPU than you would have to buy a new PSU
