New monitor for dual monitor setup

Hi! I am looking for a second monitor to go along with my 21.5" Viewsonic VX2250WM so that I have more real estate for programming and spreadsheets. I want to get the same size and resolution (1920 x 1080) and I would like to have hdmi. I also game fairly often so good response times are valued. I am currently looking at these two monitors:

Asus VX229H:

Asus VS229H-P:

I can't seem to tell the difference between these monitors though. The VX229 says it is AH-IPS, is that different than just the "IPS" labeled on the VS229? Also are there any monitors that you would recommend? Thanks in advance!

You can go with an Asus 21.5" as well. It is IPS, and has the same 1920 x 1080 resolution.
