Hey, all...

Looking at the LG 25UM57, to replace my current 21.5" with a current resolution of 1680x 1050.

I dont need a state of the art monitor, just something slightly Larger with better resolution to replace my age old Gateway I've had nearly 10 yrs now. Hard to believe(knock on wood) my current monitor is still going strong, after all these years...

After a quick search, That's pretty good. ,Curved monitors may be worth checking into for that nice immersive effect and see which you prefer. I wouldn't care for a curved tv but pc monitor is a little different situation sitting close and likely near eye level.. But I'd probably end up going for that ultra wide because the curved would just give some games a cool look, and otherwise be useless. Where the the ultra wide would probably be useful in everything add in possibility running 3 vertically one day. Get the ultra wide

Like I said I dont need a super fancy monitor, just a good gaming one. While curved for pc use would be ok, the extra cost doesnt justify it to me! Dont get me started on Curved TVs! Lol...

I was just seeing if anyone on here possibly was using this 25 inch 21 x 9 ratio monitor, and or if they liked its qualities...
