New monitor for gaming

I getting a new monitor for my new pc build but I'm having trouble deciding on what to get, I don't want a tn panel, it either a ips or va with 5ms gtg response or lower price is under $220. I have a few in mind but the one I'm keen on getting is the
LG 23EA63V-P but there aren't many reviews on this monitor, if any has experience with monitor please give your opinion. I've got a sapphire 7970 vapour x edition for my gpu if it helps. Any recommendations are welcome

People often lump all VA panels together, but there's actually big differences. Of the monitors I've owned, of all the panel types (PVA, PLS, IPS, TN, MVA), PVA was the best while MVA was the absolute worst. I'd actually prefer a TN over an MVA. Not sure but I think that my brother owns that LG IPS and it looked really good to me, though I've not seen much on it other than the desktop and a few photos, webpages etc.
