New Monitor for Gaming

Hello Guys
I am looking to upgrade my PC monitor to be playing games like Witcher 3 and GTA 5 and many others. I am currently running a GTX 770 however i will be upgrading to a 970 towards Christmas. Since i live in Australia the monitor prices are exorbitant and I have narrowed my search to two monitors. Which monitor do you guys believe to be the best purchase.
