Question New monitor is showing up as old monitor in windows 10 settings

i got a new monitor and im trying to change the display to 1920 x 1080 but the maximum resolution that it allows me is 1680 x 1050 which is my old monitors res. i also went into speccy and it shows my old monitor. How do i make it show my new monitor?

Which version of drivers are you on? Speaking of which, what is the make and model of your monitor/display and how are you connected to the display from your system?
