New monitor issues

Have had my system for 8 months now I have been running windows 10 Pro 64 bit with an AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 16 Gb Ram,and a GTX 1060 6 Gb. I had an AOC e2243fwk 60hz 1920x1080 monitor that went out on me.Being on a tight budget I bought an Acer HA230 has better specs than the old monitor but Picture and video's are horrible on the new monitor.Gaming it works great but just with videos and most pictures it is very blurry,Any else had this problem? I returned the acer and snagged an Asus it is a bit better but still far worse than my original AOC monitor that worked great and had worse specs Thanks

i would start with ddu to remove your current display drivers and install new after
as it could be monitor driver, gpu driver settings, and so on and so on
this should be fastest to reset all your previous display settings
