Question New monitor making problems

I got a Benq Zowie XL2740 a couple days ago.



When im playing FPS games (Cs-go , Fortnite) if i move mouse left right it feels like im playing on 20 fps sometimes when i shoot try to build its delayed for 5 seconds. After playing 14 rounds of cs-go everything went to normal 144hz and was smooth. Later today i turned on my pc started the game everything was back as it was before bad and slow.



Nvidia 1060 6gb

Intel i7-77000 3.6ghz

12 gb of ddr4

So this only happens with this monitor? What was your old monitor? Is your NVIDIA driver updated? Is G-SYNC enabled? Could be that a 1060 just can't keep up with the refresh rate. Have you tried lowering it?

I tryed my old monitor and its same thing could it be mouse drivers ?
