New monitor maybe

Pc specs:

Processor:Intel(R) Core (TM) 2 CPU - 1.86gHZ (2CPUS)
Memory:1024MB RAM
Windows:Microsoft XP Home Edition
Monitor: LCD73V
GPU:AMD Radeon R7 200 series (240x)
Motherboard:GIGABYTE 945GM-S2

So i have a problem.. My old gpu (nvidia gefore 7300 series (kinda old)) destroyed so i bought new one.. AMD Radeon R7 240(sapphire)..But when i installed it i had color problems on my monitor...On my screen i can't see The red,green colors (only colors of blue,white,grey,yellow)

So i have some questions..

1)Maybe this GPU it's not supported on my 10 years old monitor?
2)Maybe My power supply doesn't support this GPU (my power supply is 300-350 and the gpu is around 400 i think)
3)Or something else?
