Hi, i actually have a 2009 Acer X193W that i use as a main monitor and i think its time for it to be replaced.
I have a budget of approx 150-200cad for a new monitor but i don't know what to buy. There are too many options like TN, VA, IPS im lost with these so yeah.
I was thinking about a 22inch 1080P@60hz but a friend keep telling me to get a 23-24 so yeah idk what i will do with this.

Any recommandations?

Thanks

Solution
I will use the monitor for a bit of gaming, watching videos, do some video editing sometimes.
Pc specs:
R5 1600, 16Gb 3000mhz, GTX 1060 6GB, EVGA 500B Psu, too many drives to list.
i would say get a 144Hz monitor. If you get 75hz monitor it will be fine, but to me it isnt a gaming monitor.60Hz is the bare comfortable minimum and 75Hz is a little bit above that,so 75Hz is not worth it even if it has freesync/g-sync.You hardware can pull 144fps in some modern games+if you upgrade the pc you wont need to be changing the monitor to match you Hz and FPS.
