New Monitor Very Blurry

I've received today my BenQ GL2460HM. It is connected to HDMI and connected to my PC which has a GTX 970. All of the text and everything else looks blurry. How can I fix this?

From the monitor menu there must be "auto-adjust" option.
If no change try another cable.

Auto-adjust is usually present on analog (VGA) input.

Since you're using HDMI, the monitor and/or video card may be overscanning. Look through the monitor settings for the overscan option, and turn it off.

If it's already off on the monitor or that doesn't fix the problem, your video card may be rescaling the image. Here's a video showing how to fix it.
