New Motherboard after Warranty Replacement Will windows need a new copy?

My motherboard recently had a failure: X370 Pro Gaming ASRock and I had to use the warranty and got a replacement (with a different serial number, so it is not the same, though it is the same model). I have an M.2 with all my window files and wondering if it is ok to use the same license of windows, or do I need to purchase a new copy.

If it is same model, you don't have to do anything to make Windows work. License will stay valid.

You will have to reactivate it, but you should be able to. Worst that happens is you have to call Microsoft to get it authorized.
