Hi, so tomorrow my new Motherboard and Cpu are being delivered. Im changing from a fm2 socket to a 1150 socket. I've read many times that you have to reinstall windows but I've also read that you don't, so which one is it? Surely not re installing Windows would leave driver issues? Any help, would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

Yes, but you mentioned that you don't have a properly licensed copy of Windows, which is usually the end of support on this forum. The general rule is, expect to reinstall Windows when changing motherboards, especially when switching from one architecture of CPU, such as AMD, to Intel.

Okay thankyou. Will I have to un-install other drivers before installing the new motherboard of I do a fresh windows install? Such as graphics drivers or will they all be wiped anyway.
