New motherboard and more

I just got a new gigabyte 970a ds3p motherboard, corsair xsm3 1600mhz 8gb memory, hyper212 evo cooling fan and a amd 8350 processor, also a corsair cx750 power supply and a evga gtx 770. I had a lot of trouble getting everything plugged in because my case is about 6 years old it's the sonata III. But once I got it all in and it finally turned on, it would get stuck in booting up windows. Is it because of my optical drivers being IBE, they have the strip looking thing and my motherboard doesn't support that or is it that I need to re install windows from a flash drive?
