New Motherboard and new parts. Please help

Any HELP would be much appreciated! Im looking to kinda build a new pc I already have some parts that I think i can reuse. Such as my GPU, RAM, CPU. My current computer that I got about 4 years ago and it's been fine till now. It is a HP Pavilion HPE h9 series. The reason that I wanna do this is because my stock case that I have everything in now is too cramped for my GPU and my stock fan for my CPU really isn't pushing heat out. I really want to be able to use the 2 extra fans that have in my Corsair tower. My current hard drive won't fit in the hard drive cage in the Corsair tower unless forced in.



What I have:
Intel i7-3770
Amd Radeon R9 290 4g Gddr5
Corsair spec 01 mid tower
2 120mm Corsair fans
12g RAM (4 sticks)
Stock HP 600 watt Power supply unit (isn't really useful in Corsair case)



What I think might need to finish the build I want.

ASRock Micro ATX DDR3 1066 Motherboards 970M PRO3

Corsair CX600 CP-9020048-US 600W Power Supply


WD Blue 2TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD20EZRZ

I would get the cx 600 there pretty good I have them in 3 and they have never failed me. You will need a different motherboard since that one is for amd cpus I would recommend a msi or asus lga1155 boards since there build pretty well. As for the hard drive I don't know if you need the 2tb but i would get an sshd since they're faster. https://amzn.com/B00EIQTKAS

I wouldn't use a VS , CX , CSM , CXM or an RM from Corsair.

Look for EVGA G2 or GS series , XFX , SEASONIC or Corsair RMX or RMI series.
