New motherboard and questions!

Hello everyone!
I plan buy the following M/B Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-D3H for the cpu AMD A8-7600 3.10GHZ and i would like to ask you how can i know before put the cpu on M/B if need upgrade bios.Is there any number on M/B?
