New Motherboard boots into secondary drive

So I just got a new motherboard and CPU to officially turn my computer into a gaming rig. Got everything setup just fine with no issues EXCEPT for one small problem.

When I turn my PC on, it shows the Gigabyte splash screen and then it starts to boot into the Windows 8 install disc I have in my disc drive. In order to boot into my actual Windows installation, I need to hit F12 during boot and select which drive I'd like to boot into, but it doesn't set that as the default. It's kind of annoying because when I get home from work I'll hit the power button and head to the bathroom and get some food while it's booting up; having that extra step is a bit of a drag.

How do I set my primary HDD as my default for my motherboard to boot into?

Specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte B85M-D3H
CPU: Intel Core i5 4590 3.30GHz
GPU: EVGA GTX 960 4GB
RAM: 8GB
Primary Drive: 1TB Western Digital (Where Windows 10 and all my documents and such are installed)
Secondary Drive: 2TB Seagate (Where all my video games are installed)

Thanks in advanced for any/all help.

Just out of curiosity, why do you have the Win 8 installation disk installed in your optical drive? You indicate you're working with Win 10 installed on your WD 1 TB HDD, yes?

If that is so, remove that Win 8 installation disk.
Ensure that your boot drive (presumably the WD) is connected to your motherboard's SATA 3-0 connector (port).
And as popatim has indicated the BIOS setting should reflect that your boot drive is first in boot priority order.

And I'd do that via the option that say "BIOS setup" right? I went and took a look and it was a little hard to navigate because there was a lot of information, but I'll take a second look.

Oh... I actually don't have my Win 8 install disc plugged in, it's booting the Win 10 insider USB drive I made, forgot to unplug that. But yes, both my HDDs are plugged into the SATA 3 ports on my motherboard. Chances are the USB is first priority (for some incredibly odd reason.) I'll try booting with it not plugged in.

EDIT: That did it. See, what probably happened was this. I had that USB plugged in to my USB hub that's behind my monitors, and so after installing the new mobo and CPU, I just plugged everything right back in to the case, but I forgot about the USB drive, so the mobo possibly detected that before either of my HDDs, for whatever reason. Anyways, now that I've booted without that plugged in, it actually tried to search for an OS installation and it went straight to Windows on my WD HDD.

Thanks!
