New motherboard, cpu and ram - can't boot pc, only led light works

So I bought and installed a new motherboard, cpu and ram but when I tried to start my pc, only the led light on my computer turned on. I tried checking if I pluged the front panel plugs into the right place but still no luck. The only thing i can see is a not connected 15 pin SATA plug coming from the GPU. Here are some photos:

My components:
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A68M-DG3
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 840
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 650
PSU (Power supply): EuroCASE ATX-400W
RAM: 2x 4GB DDR3

That cpu has no onboard video. You need a gpu, or swap cpu for an apu

You don't. The athlon line in fm2 doesn't have any graphics capability

Make sure monitor is plugged into your 650 not your motherboard

Ok so i pluged the monitor into the graphic card but that did not solve my problem. I still can't start my PC. But thanks for trying to help me.

So I have already booted my PC but now it doesn't send any signal to the monitor
