[SOLVED] New motherboard, cpu and ram. Opinions?

Few days ago my 4 year old pc broke down and after trying everything, i'm pretty sure its the motherboard thats broken. I'm now looking to replace it with a powerful, budget-friendly motherboard together with a new cpu and ram. I'm currently thinking of:

I've currently got a Nvidia GTX 960 as graphics card

I'm trying not to go too far over 250$ for these new component, so if anyone has any opinions on the parts or better alternatives, please let me know. Thanks in advance
