New Motherboard, Cpu, and Ram. Wont start up!!

I just got the asrock ab350 pro4 with a ryzen 1600x and a 8gb stick of ddr4 ram.

I installed it made shure i checked all the wires were plugged in and everything is secure.

The 24 pin connector is the only thing I have found to be causing the trouble. When I plug it in, before it is secure some lights come on and when I plug it in all the way it dosent do anything what so ever.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the PSU is disconnected before you attach any connectors. Read the manual it could help also.
