Ok I decided to go Intel so I brought a new motherboard (MSI Z97 Gaming 7) and CPU (Intel core i7 4790k) my previous motherboard and CPU were ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 and AMD FX-8320 8 Core... So here's the problem I use 4 sticks
G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-10666CL9D-8GBXL (2x4GB) DDR3 ram. In my old motherboard the ASUS M5A99FX Pro they would work fine booting up and all that would be perfect but for some unknown reason in the new motherboard MSI Z97 if I stick in all for sticks my pc won't boot up properly it'll show a black screen and all my accessories won't work such as my mouse keyboard and headphones (all have lights) but all case, CPU and gpu fans work fine it's just nothing is displayed on my monitor... But if I only use 2 sticks it'll boot perfectly.. Can anyone help me out with this? Is there some sort of setting i bios? I would really like to use all my sticks of ram not just half of them.

Check you installed the GFX card properly and firmly in the socket. Check it has ample power supplied from the PSU.

Check the cable from monitor to GPU vice versa is properly connected.

Once this is done...yeah...you need to absolutely reinstall windows for your new components. The system installs certain files and optimizes communication between components. You can't just replace the whole chipset IO etc and expect it to run.

However as you don't see anything at the beginning it is a worry.

Try hitting f2 or del when you boot repeatedly to see if you can enter the BIOS. This would solve alot.
