New motherboard + cpu

Hi, so I want to upgrade my current PC with a new motherboard and CPU.
I am probably going to get this one:
MSI B250M PRO-VD

Now, would this motherboard work with the new G4560 Kaby Lake CPU straight out of box? Do I need to update BIOS?

200 series is out of the box kaby lake support, 100 series requires a bios update before installing a kaby lake cpu.
