New Motherboard Driver Problems

First off - I'm not reinstalling Windows.

I just installed my new 6700k and GA-Z270X-GAMING K7, and (AS EXPECTED), drivers are all messed up, Corsair isn't detecting my peripherals, etc...

Is there a good way to fix this?

EDIT: I fixed it myself by using Gigabyte's Appcenter's LiveUpdate feature, for anyone in the future has the same problem. It was Intel eXtensible USB 3.0 drivers.
