New Motherboard for Inspiron 530

I got this PC a few years ago and am looking to upgrade the motherboard on it now. Is it compatible with an Intel H61? The motherboard I have now is a P31/P33.

If you want to upgrade to H61 you need an socket 1155 CPU too. From the pictures what i find about your PC you need an mATX motherboard.And you need DDR3 RAM.
