Since the new GPU coming out and we need a PCIe 4.0 to get the maximum performance,

Wondering if there is any info about intel releasing any new motherboard to support the LGA2066 CPU's with a PCIe 4.0

Im planning/wanting to get a i9 10900x, but also want the new GPU is why im asking about the motherboard.

Thanks for the help !

Solution
The only time a new motherboard/chipset design is going to come out is prior to the 500 series chipset launch and/or 11th Gen processors seeing the light of day.

You should wait and see what the new GPU's have in store for everyone. There were only a handful of games that supported Ray Tracing and a number of them bombed.
