thats the one that i was looking at but one that is cheaper and easy to get here in Brazil is the asus z170M

You want to overclock? Or think you need to.

The motherboard you have seems to have the ability to run all cores at max turbo,which for your cpu is 4.2ghz, that should be fast enough for a while unless every second counts like in render work professionally.
